It's an old laptop. There's doesn't appear to be any Win10 drivers available for the Mobility HD 3470. If Windows doesn't install generic drivers, try the Win8 drivers & install using compatibility mode.
https://www.amd.com/en/support/grap...

Also, test your RAM with either memtest86, memtest86+, or Windows Memory diagnostic.

Alright John
I this driver conflict is the reason after checking the links you posted.
See below. I couldn't post it because it gives error that I can't ask 2 questions simultaneously.

VGA Driver is not installed properly. Code 43

I installed Windows 10. It loads driver for sound and network but not loaded for VGA. So I downloaded and installed win7 32 bit driver from Acer support. After that it shows error in Device Manager -> Display Adapters
"Windows has stopped this device, because it has reported problems. Code 43"
See
https://ibb.co/FxGrQCd
There are not much options to set the screen resolution, it need to be resolve.

Kindly help.

Windows was not starting up normally, so I ran it in safe mode and deleted the driver from device manager. and then restarted in normal mode. After that started SnailDriver. See https://imgur.com/TnhLLb0
@riider
I will give it a try

"I will give it a try"
When you have finished, run Snail again.
I would click Update in Snail, for any drivers it finds.
