✔ Best Answer
First thing to try is going to IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced then ensure both "Disable script debugging" entries (under Browsing) are unchecked.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

As you keep doing it do you mean that they keep getting checked again on their own?

Also make sure that "Display a notification about every script error" is unchecked.

I did this an they were checked again, I discovered I had pressed the okay button instead of the apply button!

#4 and others

My response #1 should have read that the two items should be "CHECKED" (ie we want to DISABLE script debugging). I can only assume that the original poster somehow read it that way.

There can be more than one reason for this symptom. Some folks reckon Google Toolbar can cause it so if you have it onboard then try uninstalling it.

However, adding to a June post is not the best way forward. A new post should be raised and that will bring it to the top of the pile and attract more helpers.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
