I purchased a Toshiba Satelite C55-C5241
Part Number: PSCP-00R011 SN: *****924C
It has 8 Gigbytes of memory and a 500 GB HDIt came with Windows 10 and I want to delete it by formatting Drive C and install Windows 7. How difficult is it?
I don't see why not. You will need a Win 7 DVD. If you already have win 7, see if it is OEM or Retail. Here is a thread I found on the subject.

Question: What is it about Windows 10 that you don't like?

You might be wise to check on the Toshiba support are first; to verify all the drivers are available for win-7?
Excellent point trvlr. Don C
Oddly there are numerous hits out there in google-land that mention this model and win-10 as shipped that way. Yet the Toshiba manual download (at least on toshiba.eu - European site?) doesn't show "anything" for win-10... So where is this poster based; and from whom/where did (s)he buy the laptop?
edited per trvlr to change toshiba ref to .eu

Found the model as described on Toshiba USA site; this is a link to the manual. http://support.toshiba.com/support/...
page 140-141 is where networking is discussed... Suggest you have good read and see if it helps resolve it all?
I am trying to connect to the Network and cannot figure it out. Back to the manual
After checking what little I understand, I have an error that shows that the Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid ip configuration. I will google this to see what I can find out.
