The new router is likely using a different SSID - the network name it broadcasts and that your computer, printer, and alexa are looking for. The password is also likely different.

Do you see any new wireless networks?

You should be able to log into the router and change the settings to match those of your OLD router OR you could update the devices to match the settings in your NEW router.

Also... Some internet providers send out their routers with wifi disabled... Thus you have to login the router's setup page and enable wifi.

The new/current router will have its SSDI and password on a sticker somewhere; usually on the base or back panel? And it ought to be included on a card within the box for the new router?

You use the new SSID and access-key (aka password) to connect to the wifi from the new router.

You're going to have to configure the router settings, then reconfigure the settings on ALL your wireless devices. Didn't the new router come with instructions? Or is it that you haven't read them (or maybe don't understand them)? Knowing exactly which router you have would be helpful.
