It would be important to know how this message appears, when it appears, and the exact wording. Does it appear just after start up? Does it appear when you launch your browser? What browser? Are you able to get to other web sites? When this message appears, how does it look and are there any options to click on (Don't click on any at this point)?

Try running Malwarebytes, remove all it finds and post back (copy/paste) the contents of the log here in your reply. Depending on what it shows, there probably will be other programs that are recommended to run after that.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

If it happens when you start your browser run this freebie too:

(blue Download button near top - not anything else on the page).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Use the "Scan" button, followed by the "Cleaning" button.

Please copy/paste both logs on here.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
