Specs: Win 10 Home, 8gig
On every boot when 10 opens it asks me to turn on Defender and this can be done by clicking on the message (lower right corner), but why does the system keep turning it off?

What other AV program beside Windows Defender - if any - are you running?

I was running Comodo but Defender would not work with it, I kept getting a message telling me that my security was not starting. Defender would not initialise so in desperation I uninstalled Comodo. Once I did that Defender started but it needs to be restarted after every boot.

Edit: My subject matter is wrong... it should read "asks to TURN ON Windows etc. How do I change the subject line?
