need to retrieve favorites

Specs: Windows 10
I have a Dell 15 -5000 laptop, that automatically upgraded when I was out and was totally different when I came back. My favorites on AOL were gone. I really need them back. The computer that they were on was windows Vista but I transferred them to my new Dell. So how can this
technically challenged user restore them..

There are two built-in browsers in Windows 10, Edge and Internet Explorer. It's possible that the upgrade changed your default browser from one to the other and the one you were originally using had your favorites.

Launch both IE and Edge and see if one of those has your favorites that you brought over from your old computer.

Adding to above, to find Internet Explorer type it in "Search". Same goes for Edge and many other things.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
