Can you elaborate on how you solved this problem. When I open myphoneexplorer it now states that it "is not responding" and won't even load all the way. I re-installed but no luck.
Thanks...
You need to give a link to whatever post this refers to. You presumably assumed this response was next to something else - but it isn't. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
Well. Basically I am experiencing a problem when I open my program and try to sync my outlook calendars. It was working fine with my Outlook 16 but when I look back the outlook in settings says Outlook 7. Not sure it that is the problem. So when I click to sync it finds the phone ok but then suddenly stops and says Not Responding and closes the whole program. In re-installing it it was set to sync only my phone to the program and not outlook. As soon as I click to switch it to Outlook 7 it starts the shut down and says "myphoneexplorer has stopped working" Not sure what to do...
try launching outlook.exe from this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16instead of:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office8i5-6600K[delid]@4.8GHz/4.5GHz cache@1.385v | 2x4GB Crucial-DDR4-2133@14-14-14-28 1T 2808MHz@1.37v
ASUS Z170K
Samsung 250GB SSD 850 EVO
MSI Armor RX 570 4GB@1380c/2050m BiosMod
VS450
Thanks for the replies...
I got it working again by going through a repair on my Outlook 16 and that worked. It wasn't a problem with myphoneexplorer after all.
Good to hear and thanks for letting us know. message edited by Derek
