Not without more information. How does your title of not having bluetooth tie in with not having sound? Did you install the chipset drivers and audio drivers for Windows 10?

Intel.com will let you manually download the driver for your chipset, or you can use their update utility. It will download all the intel drivers for your PC. Additionally, THX 1138 is correct without further information it's simply like you asked, "I upgraded my cellphone so why doesn't my old one still work? Did you have Bluetooth and sound before the upgrade? Were you using bluetooth for sound through paired devices? Windows 10 only offers basic Bluetooth drivers. You will need to uninstall the Bluetooth software yourself, and redownload from the modules manufacturer's website. I have an integrated Bluetooth 2.0 module in my laptop. Windows 10 does not recognize it with out an adapter now. Broadcom is my modules manufacturer, and they do not offer any driver past Windows 7 for it.

I don't need to be right, but I am never wrong.

Make and model number of computer would help - we don't even know if it's a tower or a laptop.

If it is a laptop then the sound not working is nothing to do with Bluetooth. Sometimes external speakers use Bluetooth rather than a wired connection.

You need to let us know what you have and more about the symptom - there is no way we can guess such things.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
