My computer can't find the printer even though it's on

Specs: Windows 10, N/A
I have a HP 2755 Deskjet all in one printer, when we first set it up using the HP app it worked fine, then two days later it went offline for no reason. We managed to get it back online but now our devices don't recognize it and it won't print anything no matter what I do I am at my wits end!

It is a brand new HP Deskjet 2755 All -in-one It is connected to our wi-fi, but our computers and phones won't recognize it now. What do we do to fix this we tried everything including unplugging it.

Perhaps uninstall it - and re-install it as per the manual.

Usually one installs printers as usb devices, then adds the network etc. drivers.

A long shot... have you rebooted your router - if you use the house Wi-Fi to access the printer; or are you using the printer’s own Wi-Fi to print?

I find it better, preferable, to put a printer onto my main lan and access it that way (be it via ethernet or Wi-Fi).

Go to the start menu and look under Printers. See if there are multiple listings for that printer. Second thing to try is right click the printer icon in the tray. The correct printer should be identified there.
