Next step after trying repair.

Extract from your log.
"Running from D:\Files-Data\Desktop"

Download the new version of Farbar.
Make sure it is on the Desktop, which the Operating system is on, usually C.
Run & Upload the 2 new logs please.

I modified the C:\Windows\System32\config (or C:\windows\SysWOW64\config) folder to allow permission to the service account in security tab. Then I also had to set up the same permission for the sub folder C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile (or C:\windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile) for the service account.

If restarting solves the problem and it does not reoccur then you are done.
If it does not help or returns to the same, run these programs:
Malwarebytes
ADWCleaner (by Malwarebytes)
to clean out any infection that slipped past your AV program.
Copy/Paste the logs in individual replies for review.
Office repair may be needed (as above) still even after malware is removed.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

BTW I have repaired the MS Office. but same problem. check the above posted FRST log files.

After turning on the PC, when windows looks like this https://imgur.com/ulyMIDB, taskbar doesn't load icons, it means there is a problem. notepad, excel or other programs doesn't save files. But I noticed, it saves in some specific drive/folder, like I saved a notepad in drive "D:", at the same time it does't save the file at the desktop. "D:\Files-Data\Desktop" and no excel file saved at "D:\Files-Data\Documents". It gives error https://imgur.com/SvxwrrF
At the right bottom I saw some messages during all this.

After restarting, taskbar loads full icons, then it works fine.

"Here are the logs"
They are still on D drive.
Is Windows installed on C drive?

I would run ADWCleaner by Malwarebytes. Remove all it finds (save the logs and copy/paste here in replies)
Then I would run Malwarebytes with "Scan for Rootkits" checked. Remove all it finds. (post logs)
Then run your antivirus program.
If you have trouble running these or downloading/saving/installing then shut down and boot to and run a Rescue Disk to scan for malware/trojans/root kits, etc. clean up and repair. Then boot back to Windows and rerun all of the above.
If these do not find anything or remove stuff but you are still having issues, you can run Tweaking.com Windows Repair or wait for detailed steps from JohnW.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Is Windows installed on C drive?
Yes
I ran FRST from the desktop. All folders of the Users like Documents, Pictures, Desktop etc are in D drive.

Should I run AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes Free again?

When empty taskbar https://imgur.com/jX0DKic means windows will not work fully. when I run program windows defender gives error https://imgur.com/h00U91X. Excel error while saving https://imgur.com/h9Hs16B and same as notepad https://imgur.com/bSHqZFi. Same condition as I posted in Post # 6.
BTW after windows repair.
