Microsoft Edge can’t be opened using BuiltIn admin account

Specs: Windows 10, 3.0 512
I have installed windows 10 pro everything working fine problem is I try to save MS Office file on other drive (D or E) following message is popup "A required privilege is not held by the client" but i can save file on c drive.
I went secpol.msc disable administrator approval mode then I can save file on drive D or E but I can not launch Microsoft edge it message " Microsoft edge can`t open built in administrator account"

How can fix this problem.Please help.

yes that true but if I enable that can not save office file on other drive
