Merge .txt + Remove Duplicate Lines all in a .bat

Specs: Windows 10
Hi, I'd like to run a .bat that merges all the .txt files in the directory.
Also I would like to delete the duplicate lines in the merged .txt file.
So at the end you end up with a file: "merged + duplicate lines removed)

I know that to merge .txt is this command:
"copy *.txt combo_fusion.txt"

But I don't know how to delete duplicate lines at the same time.
