Keyboards can be replaced. You can find instructions on YouTube but include the model number in your search.

Some of this sounds a bit like voodoo but you never know:
https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledg...

Some associated points though:
Don't use "Driver Easy", use Lenovo if you go that way.
System Restore could work if it was switched on and creating restore points before you ran into trouble - you choose a restore point just before it went wrong.
Neither drivers or restore will help if the keyboard itself is faulty.

Can you find the exact model number? Maybe underneath or within the battery compartment.

Yes Derek it is:
Flex 4-1470 Laptop (Lenovo)
Serial Number: MP131B5P
Machine Type Model: 80SA0004US
Operating System
Windows 10 (64-bit

Does that look like it might be correct?

It's worth trying any of the easy ideas already suggested but mostly when keys play up it is the keyboard itself. You could see if tapping the offending keys firmly and rapidly several times revives them (with the power off). Any change proves it is the actual keyboard.

Seems on this computer you can change the actual keys - see this:
http://www.laptopkey.com/Guides.php...

(I've not purchased keys from them personally)
