We need more info than that. How about the make/model of your computer for starters?

I believe Radeon R4 graphics is integrated into some of AMD APUs, therefore it's not a 'card' at all & does not have dedicated memory. It appears to be used in laptops/notebooks.

Its an accelerated processing unit, it needs fast ram to function properly. Make sure you have 4 or more GB of RAM @ 1866 Mhz or more, else just strait up buy a cheap GPU

edit: Yeah just get like an RX 550 it like 75 bucks and can do 1600x900 @ 30+ fps in most games. I got an RX 570 myself & can do 60~75 fps in most games on ultra, but then again and rx 460/rx 550 might do the job for you(&will be 800% better than your apu graphics).

no sir, 4GB would be enough for your setup.

I'm just saying you are using a really low end GPU thus spending a lot of time trying to make it better could be better spend working a few more hours and building a new cheap PC.

I would suggest you build a budget pc for around 300$ and sell your old one
I put some parts together for a low end system:

p.s. another ram stick wouldnt hurt in that build but its 38$ :/
