i cloned my hdd to my ssd but it will not boot

Specs: Windows 10, i5 6600k
ssd wont boot i recently cloned my hdd to my ssd to speed my computer up but it will not work my hdd is very old and its what i think is slowing down my pc please help

What's the size of the SSD & the HDD? How did you go about cloning it?

Important: When you clone a drive that is going to become your boot drive, you do not just clone the C drive partition, you clone the entire drive because you will be missing the boot partition otherwise.
You can try it again or if you have the Windows 10 install disk, you can do a repair that will replace the boot parts that you are missing.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
