What happens when you try and create your account? More information would be helpful.

Isn't the US the only country that assigns Social Security Numbers (with that specific name?)

Clear your browser's History.
Do a disk clean up on your main drive.
Try the Edge browser (Windows 10) and Firefox browsers (all) to see if they work for you.
If you are not on your home network but on a work network it is possible that certain sites are being blocked on your work's router. The same may be true for Library and other public networks.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

tl;dr

Is your computers date correct?

I've had a similar issue on my old laptop:

If i had it powered off for too long my systems time/date would reset to the factory defaults and it would think that all websites - their certificates where not up to date.
Thus would not let me browse a some sites for security reasons i guess.

so setting time/date correctly could fix it :)

Simple solutions are often the best

"Isn't the US the only country that assigns Social Security Numbers (with that specific name?)"

While I'm sure you are correct, that was never mentioned by the OP. "Social security", "social security website" and the abbreviation "Gov." for government are common translations into English for similar institutions and authorities from other languages. The Turkish term "sosyal g├╝venlik" would for example not make sense to most helpers here, including me.

This was only meant for clarification, not to start a debate ;)
