on dvd drive i desire to upload software licience copy of MGMPhotosuit V.8.1 software on my p.c. having version window 10. But unabel to accept, pl. advice

MGI PhotoSuite version 8.1 is a very old version, it dates back to 2006 and therefore is (probably) not compatible with Windows 10.

Roxio acquired MGI Software in 2001 and they eventually dropped PhotoSuite as a standalone product, it's now only available as part of a comprehensive software suite called Roxio Creator:

It is compatible with Windows 10.
