URL worked fine on my Win 10. What browser are you using and is it the same on alternatives?

Please give the full error message off the screen (I was unable to find any reference to it).

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

✔ Best Answer
Googling the error does not bring any significant results.
What browser are you using?
Try clearing out browser history.
Try a different browser (Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome).
It is possible that one of your browser add ons needs updating or needs to be disabled.
There are other possibilities including malware but lets see the results above first.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Thank you for both replies.
Derek asked me to give the whole error message off screen and here it is:

Error -107 when loading url https://www.staysure.co.uk/travel-i...

Fingers asked me what browser I am using - AOL.
I have tried a different browser and with Google Chrome the problem does not occur.
Perhaps this would help you to go further, please.
Thank you.

I'm not familiar with AOL stuff - it's not very widely used these days. Is this the browser you mean?:
http://desktop.aol.co.uk/

If so about the only thing I can suggest is the restore (but heed the warnings):

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I did not know that AOL still had or supported a browser any longer, I certainly do not know of anyone who is still using it. Back in the late '90's most of us considered AOL as 'training wheels' for the internet and most went beyond that (though some still use their email addresses). I would STRONGLY recommend using a different browser, I prefer Mozilla Firefox, some use Chrome, others use either Internet Explorer or the newer Edge (Windows 10 only). If you do not have trouble using two of the other browsers then I would conclude that the site does not support AOL (not uncommon) or they have not included recent updates for compatibility. I am not really putting down AOL but I see no reason for it any longer.

Thank you for your help, again.
Indeed AOL is still around and it is time I move on, I think.
I have been reluctant to do so for years for fear of losing my email adresses or my large collection of favorites.
