How to format a CD-R in windows 10.
I don't know why you need more info but then why do I need to format it anyway.
CD-R are formatted during the process of recording the content/data.
Or put another way, you do not format a CD-R (or DVD-R) in advance. It is formatted "on the fly" as you record onto it. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
CDBurnerXP used to be one of those popular tools to write stuff on optical discs. I guess there is no technical reason it wouldn't work anymore, but support for it may be low as usage of it has lowered a lot thanks to the disappearing of any optical drive on modern devices.
