How to disable the print option on windows 10

Specs: Windows 10
Because of security policy, we need the call agents working at home not to be able to print screen on their laptops.

Hang about though as those more familiar with win-10 may have other/viable approaches too.

You might need to restrict other printing options too; as long as they're logged onto the company network?

You can try, but it won't really work as there is software that replaces exactly that Windows functionslity.

And, you can take pictures of screens,
and you can record screen output with hardware recorders ..
There's no way you can prevent that, so don't bother with a printscreen. That will stop just the ppl that know nothing.

I assume you've already disabled the Snipping Tool app that's built into Win 10, right?

You've also prevented the download, or more importantly, the installation of any of the various screen capture/recording applications, right?

And taken away their cell phones? ;-)

Sounds like an exercise in herding cats.
