Good evening:

Lately, I've been having some issues with my custom model computer. There are days in which I can browse the web normally but there are others were, is a nightmare. From random hangs to Critical_process_died bsod messages. I format and reinstall the Window 10 from a new ISO i created, thinking that the previous ISO i used was corrupted or something. My HDD is new (1 month and two weeks old). I can play games normally for the moment but when I browse the web is the problem. I normally use Firefox.

Other thing is that there are days, after I finish using the computer, it shutdown properly but there are others where I got a explorer.exe error message, saying:

"The instruction at 0x00007ffabcbe071c referenced memory at 0x00007FFAA3A62CC8. The memory could not be read." I used the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool and found no error. And finally, sometimes after this error is shown or without any error, I have my start menu with full screen and it changes to the window 10 default start menu format (old start menu), which is a bit frustrating, having to set all my icons shortcuts all over.

I'll trully appreciate any help you can provide.
Thank you

✔ Best Answer
Clean out history in Firefox.
Set Flash in Firefox to "ask before activating" to reduce graphics intensive ads from slowing things down (a lot!).
See if the same thing happens with another browser as a test (Edge, Chrome).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Good morning friend:

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried it for a couple of days and it improves a bit but unfortunately, the mobo is the problem. But your suggestion did truly show a notable improvement while it lasted.

Thank you!1
