Over the years, you create Usernames and Passwords in one account to make it specific for a certain file. For instance, my account, Google, has 3 usernames and 3 passwords to differentiate
one file from another. Logging in becomes a problem to get to a specific file. What is the practical way to remove all User and Passcodes except one you prefer to use?

Just to make sure the passwords are gone. 1: Press Win + R to open Run.
2: Type inetcpl. cpl, and then click OK.
3: Go to the Content tab.
4: Under AutoComplete, click on Settings.
5: Click on Manage Passwords. This will then open Credential Manager where you can view your saved passwords.
Hi Johnw, I went to view Full Details of All User Accounts in the Command Prompt and I just saw my name in 512 and other descriptions in 512 but did not see All User Accounts. Did not know what to do next.. I also went to How to delete a User account in Win 10 and after I click the Windows Credential, I saw the Microsoft Account with 3 log ons which I deleted one. I retained 2 - cxxxt@gmail.com & cxxxt@outlook.com. But, how do I see the rest of the User Names like Google, and my other accounts?
(Edited to remove clear text email address)
"and my other accounts?'
You now need to research via google Ray, things can go pear shape very easily.
re: "Over the years, you create Usernames and Passwords in one account to make it specific for a certain file." What does this mean?
Usernames (plural) in one account? How can you have more than one username for a given account? Wouldn't each username log you into the account designated by that username?
What do you mean by making an account "specific for a certain file"? What kind of file are you segregating by account?

DerbyDad03, I created 2 usernames for Google - cxxxxt@gmail.com, Passcode- 4RENATO (old PCode) and 4xxxxg@gmail.com, PCode - 40Naga and Microsoft - UName: kxxxx0@outlook.com, PCode - @@ Naga; and Microsoft - UName - $xxxxa and PC - twinkle
So, I want to find out how many UNames I created in what Account, Google and Microsoft so I can erase all of them and just stick to one Account, one UName and one Passcode. Is there a listing of all my accounts showing all the Usernames and Passcodes I created over the years?
"Manage My Passwords" shows up when you forgot your passcode and want to replace it. If I erase all those Usernames and Passcodes, will it be sufficient to solve my problem?

Please stop posting your usernames in clear text. Even if you don't care if you get spammed, the rest of us do not want this forum to be known as a place where email addresses can be harvested. Once the bad guys get in, it's next to impossible to get rid of them. message edited by DerbyDad03
Johnw, I created 2 Log in accts for my wife and myself. For instance, with Citibank, my log on is: cuadrt (Username) and my passcode. For my wife, for the same account, her log on is: nani0119 and her passcode. I still have other accounts, Las Vegas Energy, Metlife, computing.net etc. Those accounts I want to know if I created more than one Log on and more than one passcode.
Is there a listing of all those accounts in my computer detailing the corresponding Passcodes? Of course, I would like to erase all the other Usernames and Passcodes associated with the Account.
