Do you Realtek (the audio drivers) which allows you to hear audio?

If so then go here, and view the youtube video about re-installing the Reealtek audio drivers:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7F...

Watch it through a couple of times perhaps; it runs about almost 8 minutes.

Incidentally - if you download anything off the web (for this problem or any other) never use the default/offered "automatic" install option; use the manual/custom mode. That way you can then watch for and uncheck any pre checked boxes - other than the one for actual item you wish to install. Doing it that way means you avoid installing all manner of junk and changes to the system which you neither need nor want; and some is true PIA to eradicate.

If you mean Reatek then another possible way forward is to go to Device Manager (right click Windows icon at bottom left of screen), then expand out "Sound video and game controllers", right click your audio and select Update Driver Software. I have found this approach often works well on Windows 10.

By the way "Need my computer" is a cop out and does not help us to help you. If you are not prepared to use the automatic spec feature (quite safe) then at least put Windows 10 in the spec and the make/model number of your computer. We don't even know if it's a PC or a laptop.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I think the youtube video is the route Derek suggests; in effect a walk though the whole process.
