Usually there is a download folder for each user... Have you looked there?

Alternatively, if you know the file name, search for it via Explorer or whatever the win-10 equivalent is? Or search for file type at least?

It doesn't show up in my download folder at all. I'm so frustrated!

Do you know the file name? If so then use win10 find files (etc.) to locate it.

You could also repeat the download and this time watch and note where it seems to go?

What web browser are you using?

On Windows 10 you just click the start button and type. it will search from there.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Attempt to download it again but this time choose "Save As". That should show you where it is. It might be in Pictures or Documents. Windows has always had a silly knack of using the last download place, rather than a specific place.

Search for adobe, or lighthouse - one or other ought to find it.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
