Specs: Windows 10
how do I convert folders into files so I can upload my books on amazon, I'm using internet explorer,
I'm trying to upload my books on amazon, they will not allow me to upload one folder at a time. they want
me to upload a file of all the folders.

Not having done what you want... but perhaps... simply create a folder (with a suitable name); copy the files into that folder; then try uploading that folder?

Do NOT cut 'n paste files to the folder; simply copy them.

That way you won't risk losing them at any time...

For starters, you should NOT be using Internet Explorer. It's obsolete. Either install the latest version of Microsoft Edge or use a different browser - Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.

A folder is not a file, it's a container that holds files. Try what trvlr suggested, if that doesn't work, try creating a zip file. Put all your files & folders into a single folder, then right click on it, put the mouse pointer on "Send to", then click "Compressed (zipped) folder".

I think the files you are uploading is larger. If on a mobile device, if you upload a file size larger than 2 GB, it will not upload. Use the Amazon Photos desktop app for larger files. Als.o, try to use google chrome instead of internet explorer.
