Usually there is a way to reset the printer back to "factory defaults."

What model printer is it?

To which wifi password are you referring; the one for the printer, or the wifi router?

And as per Dana - what is the make and model of your printer, and your router?

I assume you mean the WiFi pass phrase which you used on all your devices. Firstly make sure it is not written on the router somewhere. If you know your router access password (which takes you to its settings) then go there and you should find the WiFi pass phrase somewhere.

Otherwise reset the router (either a button or pinhole which is pressed for about 20 seconds) and set everything up again with a new pass phrase. You will probably need the router manual but as you've not given the router make and model there's not much more I can say.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Just to ensure I was not confusing anyone by using the original term "pass phrase" for making wireless connections. This is (or was) the correct term for what many now call the wireless or Wifi password. Liberal use of the word "password" can cause a mix up with the router access password which is for changing settings rather than connecting devices.

The easy way to reset wifi password on a printer.
1. Go to settings using pritner panel screen.
2. Click on network and choose WLAN.
3. now to go to wireless Setup.
4. Here you need to configure the wireless settings and click on ok.
in case, if you are unable to change the wireless settings, then you have to reset the network settings and setup your printer again.
