Possibly run the usual cleaner apps which generally get rid of such nuisances:

Adwcleaner

http://filehippo.com/download_adwcl...

Malwarebytes

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/do...

Junkware Removal Tool (JRT)

https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/do...

JRT installs to desktop from where you run it; It opens into a small dos style window; follow the instructions therein. It will reboot system as part of it process.

Install each of these "free" apps using the manual/custom option - NOT the proffered/default automatic. Watch for and uncheck all those (so helpfully) pre-checked boxes; other than the one for the actual utility/app itself. That way you avoid installing all manner of stuff and changes yo neither need not want; and some are true PIA to eradicate...

Also run this one;

ccleaner

http://filehippo.com/download_cclea...

Each of the utilities/apps finds different stuff, although there is some crossover too...

Those I've posted/referred to are all "free", even though they will in some cases try to promote you to go for the paid for versions...

Also, right click the toolbar (bottom of screen) and select Task Manager. Go to the Start-up tab and see if it is listed there. If so disable it.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
