Half my screen is blue and the spinning circle is showing.

Specs: iPhone
Any keys I press it doesn't do anything because of the spinning circle and I have already tried fixing the screen from being sideways by pressing alt+ctrl and the arrow keys

Not enough information.

Full specs of your system or laptop model is required. We don't even know what device you're referring to!

You are posting in the iPhone area, so presumably the problem is related to an iPhone?

If so, then as per phiil22, we need more information - model number?

If an iPhone/iPad try rebooting it, by pressing and holding both the on/off button and the home button at the same time. Hold until the Applev/ymbol/logo re-appears and then release both buttons. Let it complete its reboot and see how are things then.

If this resolves it (presuming an iPhone/iPad) immedistely back up your iPhone/iPhone just incase there is something going down with even it, even though it might appear to be OK (again).

If not an iPhone/Pad then again as phil22 post full details as to the device/computer, and operating system?

As today is Saturday, and we are discussing an iPhone/iPad, and possibley you're able to, maybe drop into your local Apple store and let the duty tech types have a look see.
