getting my laptop back to windows 7

Specs: Windows 64
I opened my laptop to find windows 10 downloaded on my computer. How do I change it back? I had this laptop set the way I wanted it. I am not very computer literate and know nothing about setting this up so I can use it like I normally do.

Are you sure you didn't click on something to allow the installation?

If there are personal file you wouldn't wish to lose, and you can access them (still) in win-10, safeguard them first. Copy them to dvd at least, an external hard drive too is nice(r).

Make it a regular habit to duplicate/copy important (to you) files to external storage. This will then ensure that you don't lose it all in event of problems.

Upgrading an OS, or reverting to a previous one is not risk free. Things can occasionally go wrong (often do); so safeguarding files as above is something to consider at any time.
