Get Started in Windows 10

Specs: several
I just tried the "Get Started" link installed by Windows 10,
and it told me that I don't seem to be connected to the
Internet. There are checkmarks in the checkboxes to allow
Get Started to go through Windows Firewall, but I have made
extensive changes in Windows Firewall Advanced settings.
Could those have undone the allowance of Get Started
without unchecking the checkboxes? Otherwise, why
can't I use it?

"Get Started" is basically a "get acquainted" app that shows you the various features of Win10. If you already have Win10 installed & presumably have been using it for some time, why do you need it?

I just wanted to see it, and it is also a test of Windows Firewall.
Everything except Edge and Get Started is blocked by Windows
Firewall. I can get through with Edge. I'm doing it right now.
Why can't I get through with Get Started?

I had the same or similar problem with IE and Firefox. They were
not blocked by Windows Firewall, but I wasn't able to connect to
the Internet with them. They seem to require something that Edge
does not.
