When an online game slows there can be two very different possibilities. One involves your internet connection and the other involves your computer and it is important to figure out which one it is.
If your internet is cable which your neighbors share the cable companies line to your block/neighborhood and certain times of the day this can get a bit slower as more users log on. Try different times of the day, possibly when most people are at work and see if the same is true.
As far as your computer and the numbers you supply, I do not see unusual activity or heat so it is less likely that you have malware or overheating but you might have Windows Update, Your antivirus program, Adobe, or other programs downloading updates which may be slowing your own internet down and using your bandwidth.
Finally, you did not specify your power supply so we cannot be sure (unless you list the info) if the graphics card is always getting full amperage that it needs.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

No i found the problem and for gods sake i cant believe its this simple. The two last Nvidia drivers are causing FPS drops and hard crashes.I rolled back to the driver version 362.00 and bang problem solved played all night and all day with no problems and no more fps drops!
