Either the subject of the email or the number of recipients is being flagged by your ISP as Spam.

How many people are you sending the message to?

Log onto your email via web mail through your browser. Look for incoming and outgoing messages that you did not see or send. Mail you did not send could mean malware on your system or someone sending emails under your name/ID. For the first, you need to clean your system out, start with Malwarebytes, free version. For the second, start with changing your password for your email and contact your ISP to see if you need to do more.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
