"I think i have installed drivers using this software"

You think? You should NEVER use "driver finder" software. You didn't post the make model of your laptop, but the manufacturer (Acer, Dell, HP, etc) will have all the necessary drivers available at their website. Also, you posted in the Win7 forum but stated your OS is Win10? If you upgraded from Win7 to Win10, it's possible the drivers won't be found at the website. If that's the case, look at the driver description for the make/model number the audio chip. You can then go to the audio manufacturer's site & see if they have drivers available.

You should always go to the manufactures website to get drivers, do not trust these third party downloads.

You should take a look at the manufacturors download page of your laptop?
If needed, the neccessary drivers should be listed there.

"My audio is not working in my laptop"
Go down to the speaker Icon next to the clock, adjust the volume & test.

Next, upload a SS ( screenshots ) of Device Manager.

Use File Convoy ( no time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed ) Give us the links please.
