I am running Windows 10. A few days ago, I unlocked my computer to find that my user name is now my son Trevor's name. It no longer says my name which is Chris Madison
He has an xBox 1 and uses my Microsoft account to log on to his xBOX profile.
And I have no idea why my PC now says his name instead of mine. Please help. How do I get my user name back?
A screen shot of what my PC now looks like when locked:

If you can still login even though the name of the computer is not yours (it's now your son's... Perhaps time to have word or three about it with him?) then this link details how to change it and a few other things too

https://www.windowscentral.com/how-...

Also ensure you have a separate Admin Account setup - and to which you ("only") know the password etc.. And also change your son's access to non-Admin level which will (if I'm correct) prevent him making any such or other unauthorised (by you) changes to the system and setup.

If you can't login at present then Johnw's advice is wise to pursue...

You are using a Microsoft Account, I recommend setting up your computers as Local Accounts. Apparently by using your MS account for his gaming and his apparent attempt to make it read with his name on his gaming changed your account across the board. You will have to change it back and if he changed the password, the easiest way would be to get the new password from him. Once you get it all straightened out you should set him up with his own account for his gaming.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
