Specs: Windows 10, ATI Radion HD 4200
In the discussion about script errors an adware cleaner was mentioned. What is it? How do I get one?

I'm pretty sure you mean this:

AdwCleaner:
https://toolslib.net/downloads/view...
(blue "Download Now" button on right).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Use the "Scan" button, followed by the "Clean" button.

It is small, focussed on browser malware and can unearth quite a lot.

Not to be confused with Adaware which I've not used for years.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Do be careful too to go for the one Derek links. Sadly there are more than a few out there which resemble it - cleverly exploiting the combination of letters, and upper/lower-case even to mislead; or using an almost identical name. Many of those are highly dubious to say the least; and frequently produce bogus results - which then cost money to fix...

Just to say that Toolslib are still there behind the scenes so my AdwCleaner link is still OK. But for the sake of being modern (Wow) I'll update my links.
