DCU.org will not display the entire page on desktop

Hi guys, I have a very weird issue that the technical team at DCU could not resolve for me. On my Windows 10 desktop PC, I cannot view the entire DCU.org website. It loads a little less than half of the left side of the page only.

I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge - same issue. It is not a mobile version of the website. It's actually truncated, so most of the website is sort of "behind a curtain".

Steps I've tried: Delete all cookies and browser data, disable plugins, reinstall Chrome, update display drivers, reinstall display drivers... no dice.

It should be mentioned I do not have this problem on any other devices (including other windows 10 desktop PCs) on this network, and no other banking websites do it either (that I could find).

I'm not sure that I would trust a company who can't solve this problem for you. Unless you are stuck with them I would opt for an alternative bank.

If you have any add blockers, might try turning them all Off and see if that helps.

This can happen if you have the font size in Windows set to anything but the default.

Right click somewhere on your desktop and click on Display. Make sure the resolution is set to the native resolution of your monitor, and Font Size is set to 100% or smaller.

You could put a snap on file convoy then give us the address (URL) they give you so that we can see the file.

It's free - no need to use email.

Thanks for the suggestion. My resolutions are already set to native and my font size is at 100% (recommended). Changing the resolutions and font size didn't help either.

Nah DCU is pretty good. This isn't a problem that anyone else seems to have - the problem is on my end.

Thanks for the suggestion, Mike. I hadn't thought about this, but unfortunately turning it off now (uBlock Origin) didn't help. I even disabled it completely and restarted chrome - still no change.

Googling around on this leads me to suspect an obscure webpage coding issue. Good luck convincing DCO.org though.

There is a rather gabbling YouTube video on how to fix the coding.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
