Solved d drive is full and no files show up

Specs: Windows 10
how do I clean up space on the d drive. My computer says that the d drive is almost full and when I right click it no files are shown. I ran as administrator under cmd prompt. How do i fix this

You provided zero about your computer. What is the D-drive used for? Could it be it's the recovery partition created by the manufacturer for re-installing Windows? If it is, do NOT mess with it. Do you have "show hidden files & folders" enabled?

See if the drive has a name in Computer as well as a letter. It might say something like 'Recovery'. The size of the drive is another clue, it will be significantly smaller than a normal partition and will usually show as nearly full.
Do not mess with the recovery partition unless you make a recovery disk set and/or a drive image on an external drive.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
