Solved CENSORSHIP jumping through hoops to ask a simple question

Specs: Windows 10
Why do I get error saying my e-mail is SPAM? It happens if I send to 1 or 10. Am I being censored?
Also, why does received e-mail keep reappearing in my inbox even after it has been deleted?

Sorry, I misinterpreted your question. I deleted my original response.

What email program are you using? If your email is being branded as SPAM, it's possible your account was hacked. Try changing your password.

It does sound like either your email was hacked (as above) or you have an infection on your system.
As said, change your email password as the first step.
Then run Malwarebytes free version to confirm that you do not have an infection that slipped past your AV program.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
