I joined self defense school it has a website I cant down load there instructed videos I took my laptop to the gym and the owner did it no problem came right up I take it home same problem can't log in says my email or password is wrong it is driving me crazy
Try rebooting your router. Power it down, wait a minute or two and then power up again.
You'd almost have to get the owner involved and see what kind of password protection they have been on the video if trvlr s suggestion doesn't work "Channeling the spirit of jboy..."
