Cannot boot into windows 10

Specs: Windows 10, I7 870 14gb
My pc (running windows 10) went into hybernate mode instead of shuting down before a swaped motherboards (i know that the instalation of windows could have gotten buggy because of such a hardware change) because the motherboard i had been using was slightly damaged (one channel of ram was dead because its power supply died, i bought the system for $5 because the previous owner thought it was junk and it was a pretty nice system other than the motherboard damage) so when i got a new motherboard i shut the system down and pulled it all apart swapped everything over and was greeted with an invaled partition error, so i put in a linux lite boot dvd and tried to acces my c: drive and got an error that said something like "windows partition not stable please resume windows and shut operating system down" (wich is why i think it went into hybernate instead of actualy shuting down) is there any way i could fix this without switching back to my old motherboard, making sure it actualy shuts down then switching back? Thanks for any help

I would start here.

How to use a Lazesoft Windows Recovery CD or USB device to fix the boot problems if your Windows operating system does not start correctly.
"It is very common for PC users to be faced with a Windows crash. When this happens, the dreaded 'Blue Screen of Death' pops up, or your PC has a black screen and can not boot or start up"

After doing the first step & it doesn't boot into Windows.
Reboot into Lazesoft again, select Command Prompt.

Once you have a command prompt, Copy & Paste > chkdsk c: /f /r and then press <Enter>

This is a thread from April, asking a question at the end of someone else's post does not get its proper attention. It is best to start your own post so it will get its proper attention.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
