What's the link to the thread you're referencing?

Yes, there are many thousands of posts on this forum so unless you give a link (or at least a good clue) we might never unearth which one you are referring to.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Let's see if we can help you afresh - Bthusb.sys is a Microsoft Windows Bluetooth miniport driver file. What issue are you having with it?

You are talking about Razor2.3 (NOT Razor). He is a moderator here. PM Razor2.3 by clicking on his username in the link below and tell him you are challenging his Best Answer.

Razor2.3 wasn't asked to upload his memory dump, he asked the OP to upload the memory dump. And how on earth do you think someone can get at his entire system (whatever that is supposed to mean) by a memory dump?

Yes, walmcin asked the question and uploaded to onedrive at response #4 (as requested by helper "Razor2.3").

Razor2.3 gave his suggestions at response #5. Nothing more was heard from the original poster (walmcin), which leaves us to assume it fixed the problem and walmcin duly awarded Best Answer to Razor2.3 (in yellow). Once a Best Answer is given the post is marked as Solved, although that doesn't stop anyone else inputting. Posts stay open for many months.

It's nice to see that someone cares for our volunteer helpers but in this case he wasn't wronged.

EDIT:
It's arguably a pity that walmcin didn't to pop back to say the problem was fixed but that is often the way on these boards.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
