Have you tried reinstalling the video drivers?

Thank you for taking the time to try and help me. Yes, I did reinstall them. I uninstalled them first then did a clean install and it didn't help a bit. Now that I'm playing with it more I'm noticing other things that aren't right either. MSIE 11 slows way down then crashes, recovers then locks up and I have to use task manager to shut it down. It goes into Not Responding mode, and I notice that it's using a crap load of RAM and CPU power. I'm running an AMD 9590 4.7ghz 5.0 in Turbo mode CPU on a ASRock 990FX Extreme9 MB an AMD Radeon R9 280 3gb PCI-E 3.0. 8gb DDR3 2133mgz Dual channel RAM. And it all worked like a champ before Win 10 upgrade...... I guess I really should have started a new thread about the MSIE 11, But it all ties in with Win 10.

I would say look into updating all drivers starting with motherboard drivers.
Then I would manually run Windows Update and accept all recommended updates and continue to check them at least weekly until MS/Windows 10 irons out the small bugs that will surface on only a relatively few machines as more people upgrade to it and they find them.
Just in case there was some sort of malware lying around or you got recently, run a few scans. Malwarebytes should be good for Windows 10 and is a good place to start and if it finds anything, post back the log for review.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I'm having the same problem. Brand new PC, win 10 clean install, all drivers up to date. It runs but when monitor is switched back on after hardware off, or switching back from a different input source to PC, it goes to sleep mode saying it's not receiving a signal from the computer.
