Ace Stream Video Repeating and sticking

Specs: Windows 10, 8 gb
I am a big sports fan - soccer mainly - and I use Ace Stream which streams soccer games frequently. They have lots of channels - which have individual codes - and the code(s) are loaded into ACE PLAYER for viewing. Anyone who uses Ace Stream too will know what i am talking about.

Anyway the sports channels I use are Sky Sports, BTS and sometimes BBC. but over that past week each time I load a channel. the channel plays from the LAST TIME the channel played and then stops after 10- 15 seconds. I load a channel now and it repeats what I saw one week ago. They say that uninstaling and reinstalling should solve the problem but it does not and it makes no difference how many times I do that it always loads the same thing from a week ago. I tried cleaning the Ace Stream cache, tried deleting from the registry all entries to Ace stream and clean installing but nothing works. I tried on my laptop too but with the same results - before this started it was working well.

So I started to think where the problem could be and the only place I could think of is the router although how it could be there I dont know - I have tried resetting the router but even that does not solve the problem.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Thanks - Korat

Radojevic says: "The only way to get out of the loop is to briefly press the Tablo reset button, which will reboot the Tablo.
The tuner involved got stuck on the last video segment, and couldn't go on, so it'll keep repeating around the last 6 seconds.
Usually happens when there's a broadcast signal problem.
The software can't gracefully deal with it."

Thanks for your reply but I am not sure that I have a Tablo.....the only thing that connects all my devices to the internet is the modem/router and the problem lies with ALL the devices....Desktop, Laptop and even
TV internet.....that is why I think that is the way I must go - to the modem/router. However all I can do with that is reset or unlug/plug it. If it can be rebooted that I think must be in the hands of my ISP.
