A question about Windows Firewall

February 13, 2019 at 14:17:41
Specs: several
Windows Firewall with Advanced Security lists inbound rules and
outbound rules by name. It isn't clear which rules apply to which
ports. Can inbound ports and outbound ports be listed instead?
I want to know how some specific ports are configured.

Fortunately I don't use win-10... But interested in this nonetheless:

a kwik - tres brief - google trawl brings up these two - amongst many:

They appear to say how etc.; especially the first link?

If you expand the width of the main window for Inbound or Outbound Rules, the port number
is given under the heading "Local Port". Unfortunately it doesn't keep the settings.

As is often the case in Windows headings, if you click the heading (Local Port) it will
re-arrange the presentation in port order - ascending or descending is one further click.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
