Solved Wix Forms - I only need 2 extra fields!

Specs: Windows 10

I have a very basic website but it requires a form with 12 fields - the free version of wix forms only seems to allow 10 fields :(
It seems daft having to pay just for the Ascend plan just for an extra couple of form fields... Can anyone suggest a workaround for me?

Have you tried their web site?
Would be surprised if they did not have support section.
