I was using DreamWeaver CS 4 to make changes to my web site., My home website page is just hobby of mine. I doubt anyone goes there (I have not updated it for sometime) My license key for DW CS4 no longer works. I would like to know what HTML editor you would suggest use to replace DreamWeaver. Thanks
Chris
I just use a text editor such as notepad.
My HTML skill set is very basic
Since you have very basic skills for webs development. you can use notepad++. It is better than notepad. It is easier to write code in notepad++. Notepad++ is a basic editor with syntax highlighting, auto completion, and other programming-specific features. I used to use notepad in the beginning, but afterwards i switched over to notpad++.
Thank you for the comment about NOTEPAD ++. I have been using NOTEPAD ++ for a very long time. I did not realize that it had HTML export.
