You don't have the required permissions on sites like yahoo, gmail, hotmail.
To be able to set mails from this server you must be having priviliges which they don't provide.

It sounds as if you are trying to send emails with a from address that is not a one via the server. This is what is known as relaying, and is a technique used by spammers to hide the origin of their mailings. Not surprisingly, any well configured mail server won't let this happen. There's no way you will get permission to relay.

You need to either set up your own SMTP server or else use addresses on your mail.

No, not like as you said.

I have delivered a php application - job site to my client. In that mails will be triggered automatically after registration using scheduler. From the past 2 months mails are not getting sent. Before that it worked fine. From id will be from our domain - ‘’

Mails are getting sent if we register with an email id from our local domain like ''

Mails are not getting sent if we register with an email id like ''

Not sure what is the reason.

You might like to check that your client's SMTP server has a valid reverse DNS entry. Otherwise you will have to talk to the administrator at the remote mail server to determine why they are rejecting your emails. Possibly your client's address has been listed in one of the IP blacklists as an open relay or a source of Spam.
