How To Capture The URL Of A YouTube Video Ad?

If I'm not in the correct forum, please feel free to move this question.

Is there an easier way to capture the URL of the ad that plays before a YouTube video other than using "Copy debug info", pasting it into a text editor and then copying it from there?

I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a way to quickly save the ad link to either watch again or show to someone else later.

Thanks!

Copy & Paste the URL that shows in the web browser's address bar.

The address that appears in the web browser's address bar is the URL for the main video, not for the ad video that precedes it.

Right now I'm watching an ad for a Dyson vacuum but the URL in the address bar is for a video that shows how to build a router table.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fU2...

If I want the URL for the ad, I have to right click the ad, choose "Copy debug info", paste the data-dump into a text editor and then search for the string that applies to the ad video:

"ad_docid": "tof1cmX6RqU"

Then I have to build the URL to view the ad as a stand alone video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tof...
