Solved How can I get WordPress to install?

Specs: Windows 7 Pro-64
I downloaded WordPress but it doesn't come with an".exe" file where I can work with a command center like others (Dreamweaver, etc.) where everything is in one window allowing me to "open; new; links; graphics; text boxes; etc." Please help if you can.Email me at renecancio@cox.net

Download and install Wampserver or Xampp first and then install wordpress in it. A database needs to be created in phpmyadmin first before extracting the downloaded wordpress in the www folder.

This is easy if not to install IIS.

You mean "unzip" the WP file into Xaamp? How would I do that? Thank you.
